Delete your Theoc Drivers account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Theoc Drivers and log in.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Without the app

Email support@theocdrivers.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify that the request comes from you and confirm it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted:
  • your account and login;
  • your profile (name and photo);
  • your saved Provider details, vehicle details and availability.
• Kept for a limited time:
  • job, payment, commission and tax records, for up to 7 years, as the law requires;
  • safety and incident reports;
  • chat and location records for active disputes, for up to 90 days.
